The service and operator

These terms apply to eosmaster.com and its learning portal, operated by Presgraphics, Mumbai, India. Contact: team@presgraphics.com. eOS Master offers structured workplace-learning courses, practice activities, notes, progress tracking and assessments.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your password private and use your own learning account. Account access is personal and must not be resold or shared. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must arrange and supervise your use of paid services.

Course purchases and access

Review the course syllabus, price, software requirements and Refund & cancellation policy before paying. DigiOffice Essentials and Advanced are separate courses; the Complete Path includes both. Advanced is ₹4,490 for new learners and ₹2,490 for learners with active Essentials enrolment. The Complete Path is ₹5,900. The checkout amount reflects any valid discount and applicable taxes.

Course access is activated after verified payment confirmation and is linked to the purchasing account. A successful browser redirect alone is not proof of payment. Check your account order status and contact support with the order reference if access does not appear. Access covers the course purchased; subscriptions or licences for office software and AI tools are not included.

Learning and assessments

All lessons in an enrolled course are available to study at your own pace. Practise using fictional or permitted data. Features shown in demonstrations may depend on software version, device or a third-party subscription.

The final assessment opens 45 days after purchase. It contains 50 multiple-choice questions worth 2 marks each, with a passing score of 60 out of 100. The standard time limit is 60 minutes, with up to 3 attempts and a 24-hour interval between attempts. The assessment page shows your eligibility and applicable attempt rules. Submit your own work and do not distribute assessment questions or answers.

Content and permitted use

Presgraphics owns or licenses its original platform materials. App names, logos and creator materials belong to their respective owners. You may use course materials for your own learning, but may not redistribute restricted materials, extract the platform at scale, impersonate others or interfere with security. Linked practice resources remain subject to the creator’s terms.

We may update lesson sequencing, replace unavailable resources and improve exercises. Existing learning records are retained where technically and legally appropriate. Report access or content problems to support so we can investigate.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

Payments are handled through Dodo Payments, whose checkout and payment terms also apply. Purchases are one-time course purchases rather than recurring subscriptions. Course fees are non-refundable for change of mind, lack of use or a change in personal circumstances. Duplicate charges, non-delivery and remedies required by applicable law are handled under our Refund & cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights.

Certificates and outcomes

Assessment results and certificate records must be accurate. Certificate issuance, verification and any physical delivery follow the arrangements stated for the purchased programme and the Certificate delivery policy. A sample demonstrates a format and is not a certificate issued to the viewer. Course participation does not guarantee employment, promotion or earnings.

Availability and fair use

We work to keep the platform available, but maintenance, network problems or provider outages can interrupt access. We may restrict an account to investigate misuse, fraud or a security incident. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Support and disputes

For an account, purchase or service complaint, email team@presgraphics.com with your registered email, order reference where relevant and a description of the issue. Presgraphics is based in Mumbai, India. Applicable Indian law governs these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or your right to approach a competent authority.
