Who we are

eOS Master is a workplace-learning platform operated by Presgraphics, Mumbai, India. For privacy questions or requests, email team@presgraphics.com with the subject “Privacy request”.

Information we collect

Account information includes your name, email address, sign-in details and any optional mobile number you provide. Learning records include course enrolments, lesson progress, private notes, assessment answers and scores. We also keep order references, payment status, support conversations and, when relevant, certificate and delivery details.

Our hosting, account-security and embedded-player providers receive technical information needed to operate their services, such as your IP address, browser information and security signals. Do not include passwords, bank details, identity documents or confidential workplace information in lesson notes or practice exercises.

How we use your information

We use information to create and protect your account, deliver purchased courses, save progress and notes, administer assessments, handle payments and support, and process eligible certificates. We may send messages needed for your account, purchases, security or support. We do not sell learner personal information.

Service providers

Amazon Web Services provides hosting, storage and account authentication. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect account forms from automated abuse. Embedded lesson players are provided by Google. Dodo Payments handles checkout and payment processing; full card numbers, CVVs, banking passwords and payment PINs are not stored by eOS Master. Providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable privacy terms.

We share information with service providers only as needed for delivery, security, payments, support or legal obligations. Certificate-related details may be shared with the relevant issuing or delivery provider when you request that service. We may disclose information when required by law or to investigate fraud and protect accounts.

Website measurement

Google Tag Manager manages analytics and advertising tags on the website. These services can process browser and device information, page visits, interactions and online identifiers to measure site use, campaign performance and relevant advertising. Navigation events supplied by the platform exclude query strings, lesson notes, assessment answers, account email and payment details. Notes and certificate verification

Your notes are associated with your account and are not published on the website. Authorised personnel may access records where needed for support, security or service administration. Public certificate verification displays the learner name, course, certificate reference, issue details and status. It does not publish your account email, password, lesson notes or postal address.

Retention and protection

We retain account and learning information while needed to provide your service. Payment, assessment, certificate, security and complaint records may be retained longer where needed for accounting, verification, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Access is restricted by role and secure connections protect information in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update profile information and edit your notes inside your account. To request access, correction or deletion, contact team@presgraphics.com from your registered email. We may verify your identity before acting and will explain any records that must be retained. Deleting an account can remove access to its learning records, so contact us before proceeding.

You can manage browser storage and cookie preferences as described in our Cookie policy. If a learner is under 18, a parent or guardian should contact us before providing personal information or purchasing access.

Changes and questions

We update this page when our practices change and display the effective date above. For a concern, email team@presgraphics.com and describe the account or activity involved without sending passwords or payment credentials.
