Cookie policy

What browser storage does

eOS Master uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember choices and protect account forms. This policy covers eosmaster.com, operated by Presgraphics, Mumbai, India. Contact team@presgraphics.com for questions.

Essential account cookies

The eos_session cookie identifies a signed-in session. The eos_refresh cookie supports session renewal where available. These cookies are HTTP-only, are transmitted securely on the live website and are used for account services. Session cookies typically last up to one hour and refresh cookies up to 30 days; signing out clears the account cookies. Blocking them prevents normal sign-in and account access.

Embedded services and security

Lesson players are served by Google and may use their own storage and technical information when loaded or played. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to help distinguish real account activity from automated abuse. Secure checkout is hosted by Dodo Payments and uses that provider’s cookies and privacy controls. These services perform the processing needed for the player, sign-in security or checkout that you use.

Analytics and advertising

Google Tag Manager (container GTM-WM46LW5S) manages analytics and advertising tags across the website. Depending on the tags configured, these services may use cookies, device and browser information, page interactions and online identifiers to measure audience activity, campaign performance and advertising relevance. The platform does not intentionally include your lesson notes, assessment answers, email address or payment details in navigation events. Provider settings and the tags in use determine the storage duration. With JavaScript disabled, the fallback container can still make a request to Google.

Managing your choices

Use your browser’s site-data settings. You can delete stored data or block cookies, but this may sign you out and stop some features working. Your saved course progress and notes remain associated with your account rather than being stored only in your browser.
