Certificate delivery policy

Digital course delivery

eOS Master courses are delivered online through your registered account. No physical learning kit is shipped with a standard course purchase. Access begins after payment is successfully verified. If your payment is confirmed but the course does not appear, send the order reference to team@presgraphics.com.

Assessment and certificate requests

Your course assessment opens 45 days after purchase. After a passing result, use the Certificates area to follow the available request and status process for your programme. Check your name and course details carefully before submitting a request. Issuance involves verification of the learner and academic record and is separate from the payment confirmation.

Digital documents and verification

Issued digital documents and available status updates appear in your account. Use the eOS Master verification page for certificates issued through its verification system. For an NBVTE-issued certificate, use the institution’s verification service: https://nbvte.ac.in/result_verification.php. The sample shown on our website illustrates a certificate format; its learner and programme details are examples.

Physical originals, where included

Physical-certificate delivery applies only when expressly included in the programme’s issuing arrangements. We will request the recipient name, complete postal address and contact details needed for dispatch. Do not place delivery details in public lesson notes. Processing and delivery estimates are communicated with the certificate request and depend on issuing checks and the delivery destination.

Corrections and delivery issues

For a spelling correction, missing digital document, damaged delivery or returned parcel, email team@presgraphics.com with the course and certificate or order reference. We will explain the verification steps, available correction or reissue process and any applicable charge before you choose to proceed. Keep private learner documents out of public messages.
