Refund & cancellation policy

Non-refundable course purchases

eOS Master courses are digital learning services supplied by Presgraphics, Mumbai, India. Course fees are non-refundable once a purchase is confirmed. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for unused access, a change in schedule, loss of interest, inability to finish a course or a decision not to take an assessment. Please review the syllabus, course level and software requirements before paying.

Duplicate charges and access problems

If you believe the same purchase was charged twice, a payment was taken without the purchased access being delivered, or the service materially differs from what was sold, email team@presgraphics.com. We will investigate the payment and access records, help restore the purchased service where appropriate, and arrange a refund where due. This policy does not exclude a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

How to raise a request

Email team@presgraphics.com from the registered account with the subject “Payment review”, your order reference, payment date, course name and a short explanation. A receipt or redacted payment confirmation can help. Never send a full card number, CVV, banking password, PIN or one-time password. We may request limited information needed to match and verify the transaction.

Refund processing where due

Approved refunds are processed through Dodo Payments to the original payment method where supported. The payment provider and bank determine when the credit appears. We will communicate the outcome and available reference details; contact us if a confirmed refund has not arrived within the estimate supplied for that transaction. Access related to a refunded purchase may be withdrawn, and certificate records may be updated where appropriate.

Cancellation and recurring billing

These are one-time course purchases, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You can leave an unpaid checkout without completing the purchase. Closing an account or stopping study does not by itself cancel a confirmed charge or create a refund entitlement.

Consumer rights and contact

Your rights for duplicate payment, non-delivery, misdescription or other remedies under applicable law remain unaffected. For support or a complaint, contact Presgraphics, Mumbai, India, at team@presgraphics.com.
